Ticket Information

When you book with Megabus.com you will receive a reservation number via an email confirmation. You will need this number to board the Megabus, so it is advisable to print this confirmation out before you travel. Alternatively, you can store the number on an SMS message or email on your phone. For journeys in Europe you must ensure you have your confirmation page in order to board the bus, and this confirmation must be carried throughout your journey in the EU. Returns Policy

Once a journey has been booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, if you need to make an amendment to your booking you can make this 24 hours before the date and time you are due to travel. You can do this online by visiting "Manage Reservations", then "Modify Bookings", then you can follow the steps to adjust your booking. For changes to existing reservations there is a £1 fee (made up of a 50p booking fee and a 50p amendment fee) and if the cost is more expensive than the original journey then you will be required to pay the difference.
