Store opening times differ from store to store, with some stores opening at later times such as retail parks or late night shopping centres, however generally (particularly high street stores) are open at the following times:

Delivery Information

Delivery options vary depending on where the package is going and at what speed you require, however a free delivery service is offered for all orders over £50 which takes upto 4 working days to arrive withing the UK, orders under £50 will be charged £3.95 for this delivery service. A next day option is available up to 8pm the night before which is excellent for late night shoppers or after you get in from work knowing it will be there the very next day, this service costs £5.95 for all orders. Alternatively you can collect orders from your local store if its more convenient.

Returns Policy

The Dorothy Perkins returns policy is simple, easy and completely free for all UK customers, you can return your items for whatever reason within 14 days as long as the item is still in a saleable condition, this is great news if you're not quite sure on the size or how the item will fit, you can cimply return the item if it is too small or too big. There are exceptions to this return policy however, items such as jewellery, underwear and swimwear may not be returned for obvious reasons so make sure you order the correct size otherwise you will be stuck with it. Returns can be sent back via post or by dropping it into one of 600 UK stores free of charge.
