From humble beginnings in their first store in Taunton in 1969 to over 800 stores in 23 countries in 2014, and a booming online business delivering to 120 countries, New Look is a major fashion success story.

New Look's mission is to put the customer at the heart of everything they do, and to make shopping for the perfect look for any occasion a fun and exciting experience. They want you to look great and to feel great too! Their designers react quickly to the latest trends, turning around pieces from design to shop floor in less than 13 weeks. To keep the shopping experience exciting, around 800 new items are launched on the website every week, so there's always something new to explore.

New Look want to make the shopping experience fun, convenient and inspiring, so offer a choice of helpful shopping channels including stores, online, a mobile store and a mobile app. Convenient delivery options include home delivery, Collect+ and Click and Collect. New Look stocks a range of departments and brands for women, men, plus sizes and teens and occasionally create exclusive collaborations with celebrities and designers such as Kelly Brook, Giles Deacon and Lily Allen.

Opening times vary across New Look's UK stores, so it's best to check details for your nearest store on the store locator for exact times.

New Look offers extended opening times around Christmas in some stores. All stores are closed Christmas Day but you can still shop online.

Delivery Information

New Look manage their online deliveries themselves from their Lymedale distribution centre, so you can be confident you'll get amazing customer service from the moment you visit the website to the moment you receive your order. Payment is taken when your order is dispatched.

UK next day delivery is £4.99 or free for orders over £75 (order by 8pm Monday to Friday and Sunday).

UK Sunday delivery is free for orders over £75.

UK standard delivery is £3.99 or free for orders over £45 and takes 2 to 4 working days.

Click and Collect is free for orders over £19.99. Click and Collect is available on all products sold in the UK. Deliveries take around 3 to 5 days to arrive in store but can take longer at Christmas and during sale times. New Look will email you to let you know when your order has arrived in store and is ready to collect.

Returns Policy

Online and Click and Collect orders can be returned to UK stores for free within 28 days from the receipt or collection of the items.

Online orders can be returned by post within 28 days of receipt. Make sure you include your returns paperwork and get a proof of postage receipt. You can also send returns using Freepost via Collect+.

Please note that with sale items you have 14 days to return or exchange in store or return by post for a refund instead of the usual 28 days.

New Look offers an extended returns period for purchases made from late October to Christmas Eve. These items can be returned until mid-January as long as you have the receipt. Check the website for exact dates each year. The after Christmas sales period is always busy, so stores do not process refunds on Boxing Day in order to serve sale customers as quickly as possible.

If you paid with PayPal and return via post or Collect+ your refund will be credited to your PayPal account. If you take your return to stores you'll receive a New Look gift card.

All returns need to be in their original packaging but it's OK if you've opened it to try on your items. You need to include your completed dispatch note. Returns are not accepted on some items if hygiene seals have been removed.
