Returns

Boohoo promises to refund any item you are not happy with as long as you return the item with 14 days of receipt and the item is in a saleable condition, such as the labels still being intact and has not been worn other than trying it on, items such as jewellery and underwear are not returnable due to hygeine reasons. To return an item all you need to do it send it back in the original packaging and stick the returns label on which can be found on your delivery note, then simply take to a post office and obtain proof of postage. Don't worry, returns are free and you will not charged anything at the post office as the returns label has already been paid for by Boohoo.com. Refunds are processed within 21 days of you receiving a confirmation email from Boohoo after sending the item back.
