Alternatively, deliveries can be arranged for a Saturday (as long as the order is placed before 2pm on the previous Thursday) for £6.99, and deliveries can be made to BFPO addresses for £5.99. Usc.co.uk also offers the option to deliver to any Collect+ store for pick up for £5.99, or to any USC store within 5-7 days for £2.99. If you choose to have items delivered to your local store, bear in mind that your purchases will need to be collected within 28 days, and you will need to bring proof of ID such as a debit card, passport, driving licence or National Insurance card.

Returns Policy

Usc.co.uk offer a comprehensive returns policy which makes it easy to return goods that are unsuitable, unwanted or faulty. Any order can be cancelled within 14 days, with both delivery costs and the cost of the items refunded. However, it is the customer who will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Any returned goods must be in a sellable condition, although not necessarily in their original packaging.

Any defective goods that are returned will be examined by the usc.co.uk returns team, and once a refund has been confirmed, this will be paid within 14 days of confirmation. The refund will be processed via the same method of payment as you originally used. It's worth noting, however, that personalised goods will not be able to be returned and refunded, and some of the goods sold via usc.co.uk cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.
