The Whisky Exchange started out back in 1999 as the brainchild of brothers Sukhinder and Rajbir Singh. The idea was simple, if a little ambitious: found an online company that allowed customers to buy, sell or swap bottles of their favourite whiskies. With their passion for whisky collecting, and encyclopedic knowledge of older bottlings, they gradually built up an avid following of whisky enthusiasts from various countries, as well as a devoted bank of customers here in the UK. Placing your order

You will receive a prompt reply to all orders - within 24 hours - along with a confirmation email to show that your order is set. Following this you will receive an email to confirm that payment has been taken and that the order has been shipped. You can use the tracking number of the package in question to see where your order has got to during the delivery process.

You can cancel an order up to seven days after it has been placed, provided you return it in good condition (if it has already arrived), and provided it has not been personalised or specified as 'non returnable.'
