Delivery Information

Delivery costs vary depending on destination and speed of delivery, however a free worldwide delivery service is offered for all orders over £10. Delivery costs for orders under £10 start from £1.50. Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order.

A special next delivery service is available in the UK for orders placed before midday, costing £8.00 for all orders.

Returns Policy

As these are personal items, returns will only be accepted if unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging (including cellophane) intact. For a refund, items must be returned within 31 days of despatch.

A free return service is available for UK customers who register with myHermes couriers.
