Opening times
Europcar offers a 24-hour online booking service. For pick-up and delivery, most branches open from Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm. Special arrangements may be available if you need to pick up or deposit your vehicle outside these hours.
Delivery Information
If you live within five miles of a Europcar branch and are hiring your vehicle for two days or more, you can have your vehicle delivered straight to your door at no extra cost.
Returns Policy
You can review, modify or cancel your Europcar reservation at any time by logging into your customer account on the Europcar website or contacting the booking team. Refunds are available, but short-notice cancellations may be liable to a fee.
